Mae Westerns

The Mae Westerns are a new progressive country band from Dublin.

They got together almost a year ago and this is their first public performance.

The band comprises of lead vocalist Bridget Heffernan (The Fallen Angels),

Mick O Doherty (Oona and the Devils), on lead guitar,

Mick Brady (bass guitar),

Paul Lynch (piano) both of whom were members of (The Cadillacs) and drummer

Brendan Farren who has worked with many bands including Fit Kilkenny and the Remoulds.

The repitoir is varied and includes songs by Daniel Lanois, Hank Williams, Tom Waits etc. as well as some original material.
