Seami O'Dowd

Seamie O’Dowd has built a solid reputation as one of Ireland’s finest musicians. He has toured world-wide as a member of Sligo traditional Irish band Dervish as well  as recording and playing with many other world-renowned musicians such as Mairtin O’Connor,
Liam O’Flynn, Matt Molloy, Mary Mc Partlan, Steve Wickham and many others.

His first solo album,"Headful of Echoes" is an eclectic yet solid listen that reflects a wide-ranging musical experience.
It has gained airplay and critical approval in Ireland, The U.K, mainland Europe and the U.S.

Seamie is currently working on a recording with Mairtin O'Connor and Cathal Hayden for release later this year.
