The Tolka Hot Club are a Hot Swing septet formed on the banks of the river Tolka in Dublin's northside in 2014. The group bring a body of music from the Roaring 20s and 30s, from both sides of the Atlantic right into the twenty-first century.., with a few modern surprises. All delivered with the lush and percussive ambiance that only strings and reeds can provide, in a hypnotic Gypsy jazz style.
